1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Crafted with an advanced aluminum-zinc alloy structure, this steel plate is a marvel of modern engineering. Comprising 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements, it undergoes solidification at an impressive 600ºC. The resulting structure is a robust quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc that offers remarkable strength and durability.
★ The metal substrate starts at 0.25mm, and after the expert application of baking paint, it measures 0.27mm-0.28mm. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs in at a solid 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring a balance of lightweight construction and strength.
2. Structural characteristics:
Renowned for its stable porosity structure, the polyurethane material boasts a primarily closed-cell structure (with a closed-cell ratio ≥90%). 3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Expertly designed, the panels are available in thickness options of 14, 16, and 20mm. With a panel width of 415mm, the effective width spans approximately 383mm, offering practical coverage. (The actual effective width ranges from 360-380mm,with the narrowest Great Wall panel at about 360mm and the broadest flat panel at around 390mm). For added convenience, these panels can be customized to lengths ranging from two meters and can be extended up to six meters, optimizing ease of transportation.
