This robust aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a sophisticated composition of an aluminum-zinc alloy structure, meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and an infusion of 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This remarkable blend is solidified at an impressive temperature of 600ºC, featuring a comprehensive structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc that forms a dense and durable quaternary crystal alloy.
★ The metal substrate measures 0.25mm, which expands to 0.27mm-0.28mm after undergoing a baking paint process. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate has a substantial weight of 2.0 kg per square meter, ensuring both strength and quality.

The polyurethane material offers a stable porosity structure with a predominantly closed-cell configuration (closed-cell ratio ≥90%).
