1. Surface: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
This resilient steel plate boasts a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy, meticulously formulated with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon with magnesium. The alloy is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, resulting in a robust structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, which forms a dense and durable quaternary crystal alloy.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, these panels achieve a post-baking paint thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm. Before forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs approximately 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring strength and durability.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material within these panels exhibits a stable, primarily closed-cell porosity structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%), delivering outstanding thermal insulation. Additionally, it offers remarkable frost resistance and superior sound absorption capabilities.
3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
These panels are available in various thicknesses: 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm. The panel width is 415mm, with an effective width ranging approximately from 360mm to 380mm, ensuring versatile application.The narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, while the widest flat panel extends to about 390mm. The length can be customized starting from two meters. For ease of transport and installation, panels are available in lengths ranging from 2 to 6 meters.
