1. Surface: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate is a marvel of engineering, featuring a unique alloy formulation of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, complemented by 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This innovative blend solidifies at a high temperature of 600ºC, creating an intricate matrix of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc that results in a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy.
★ This high-quality metal substrate measures 0.25mm before baking, and expands to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint. The pre-formed aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a substantial weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring durability and resilience.

The porosity structure of the polyurethane material is exceptionally stable, predominantly consisting of a closed-cell formation (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). 3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
With thickness options of 14/16/20mm, these panels feature a panel width of 415mm and an effective width of approximately 383mm. The actual effective width ranges from 360mm to 380mm,where the narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, and the widest flat panel extends to approximately 390mm. The length is customizable, ranging from 2 meters up to a convenient 6 meters for easy transportation, catering to various installation needs.
