1. Surface Composition: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
This robust aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an intricate aluminum-zinc alloy structure. The composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium, fused at a high temperature of 600ºC. The entire structure is fortified with aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a highly durable quaternary crystal alloy.
★ The 0.25mm metal substrate becomes a sleek 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. Pre-forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate bears a weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring both strength and lightweight versatility.

The polyurethane material showcases a stable porosity structure, predominantly closed-cell (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This configuration not only delivers superior thermal insulation but also offers remarkable frost resistance and effective sound absorption.

Seamlessly designed for adaptable length specifications, these panels can be tailored from 2 to 6 meters, facilitating smooth transportation and installation.
