1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Crafted from a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy structure, this steel plate boasts an impressive composition: 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of a blend of silicon and magnesium. Formed at an intense 600ºC, it showcases a robust aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc matrix, resulting in a tightly-knit quaternary crystal alloy.
★ A 0.25mm metal substrate elegantly transforms into 0.27mm-0.28mm after it undergoes a meticulous baking paint process. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs in at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm.

The polyurethane material flaunts a remarkably stable porosity structure with a predominantly closed-cell design (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This not only ensures superior thermal insulation but also provides formidable frost resistance and sound absorption capabilities.

Available in thickness options of 14/16/20mm, each panel showcases a width of 415mm, with an effective width ranging between 360mm to 380mm,where the narrow Great Wall panel measures approximately 360mm while the expansive flat panel reaches about 390mm. Lengths start at two meters, and can be customized up to 6 meters to ensure ease of transportation.
