The Roots blower is a highly efficient volumetric and rotary blower. As air enters through the intake muffler, two perfectly synchronized impellers maintain a precise meshing gap. With the help of a synchronous gear belt, the inhaled gas is seamlessly pushed from the inlet to the outlet at a constant speed. This reverse rotation overcomes high-pressure gas resistance on the outlet side. The gas then exits the unit through a pressure relief valve, an elastic joint, an exhaust muffler, and a one-way valve, achieving a flawless gas conveyance.
