Dive into the robust composition of our aluminum-zinc steel plate, an epitome of durability and innovation. Crafted from a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy, it boasts a meticulously balanced structure of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and more. This alloy is solidified at a remarkable 600ºC, forming a resilient structure intertwined with aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, resulting in a dense, quaternary crystal alloy that stands as a testament to its quality and endurance.
★ The backbone of our panels: a 0.25mm metal substrate, enriched to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint treatment. Each aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs a solid 2.0 kg/sqm before forming, ensuring unparalleled strength and stability.

Our panels come in a range of refined thicknesses: 14/16/20mm, with a panel width of 415mm. The effective width measures approximately 383mm, varying slightly from 360-380mm.The panel styles range from the narrow elegance of the Great Wall panel at about 360mm to the broad expanse of the flat panel at about 390mm. Length customization offers flexibility, from two to six meters, ensuring convenient transportation and seamless integration into any project.
