1. Surface: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a remarkable aluminum-zinc alloy structure, a blend masterfully crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This solidifies at a scorching 600ºC, creating an intricate matrix of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, resulting in a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate, post-baking paint thickness reaches 0.27mm-0.28mm. Noticeably, the aluminum-zinc steel plate's weight stands at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm prior to forming.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material's porosity structure is excellently stable, predominantly closed-cell (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This design not only offers outstanding thermal insulation but also impresses with superior frost resistance and sound absorption qualities.
3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
Thickness options include 14/16/20mm; Panel width measures at 415mm, with an effective width approximately 383mm (actual effective width ranges between 360-380mm,with the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring around 360mm, and the broadest flat panel extending to about 390mm); lengths starting from two meters are customizable, ideal for convenient transport, spanning from 2 to 6 meters.
