Our aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a robust composition of an aluminum-zinc alloy structure comprising 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of silicon and magnesium. This innovative combination is solidified at an impressive 600ºC, resulting in an intricate structure composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc. This sophisticated formation creates an ultra-dense quaternary crystal alloy that enhances durability and performance.
★ With a metal substrate thickness of 0.25mm, the layer reaches 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint. Notably, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs 2.0 kg/sqm before forming, promising a lightweight yet robust solution.

The polyurethane material presents a remarkably stable porosity structure, predominantly a closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). 3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Our panels come in various thickness options of 14/16/20mm. Each panel has a width of 415mm, with an effective width ranging from approximately 360-380mm, ensuring versatility in application.The narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, and the widest flat panel extends to about 390mm. Lengths can be tailored from two meters upwards, facilitating easy transportation with customizable options ranging from 2 to 6 meters.
