1. Surface Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
This premium aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an aluminum-zinc alloy structure, meticulously crafted from 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon with magnesium. Solidified at a remarkable 600ºC, its intricate composition of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc creates a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring superior durability and resilience.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate, this innovative material reaches 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint. Remarkably, the aluminum-zinc steel plate, prior to forming, weighs in at 2.0 kg/sqm, offering both lightweight efficiency and unmatched strength.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material is engineered with a stable porosity structure, predominantly a closed-cell system (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This configuration not only excels in thermal insulation but also provides excellent frost resistance and superior sound absorption, making it an ideal choice for versatile applications.
3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
Available in thicknesses of 14/16/20mm, these panels feature a generous panel width of 415mm, with an effective width ranging approximately from 360mm to 380mm.The narrowest Great Wall panel is about 360mm, while the widest flat panel extends to approximately 390mm. Customize lengths starting from two meters, ranging up to 2-6 meters for ease of transportation, perfectly tailored to meet diverse project needs.
