Roots blower is a robust and reliable volumetric rotary blower. It operates by allowing air to enter through the intake muffler, where the dual impellers inside the casing maintain a precise meshing gap. Through the action of synchronous gearing, the blower efficiently pushes inhaled gas from the inlet to the outlet in a smooth reverse rotation. This process overcomes the resistance of high-pressure gas at the outlet side, forcing it out through a pressure relief valve, elastic joint, exhaust muffler, and one-way valve. The result is effective gas transfer and delivery.
