A Roots blower is an ingeniously designed volumetric and rotary blower. Air is drawn into the blower through an intake muffler, where two precisely engineered impellers maintain a synchronized meshing gap. This allows for the seamless transition of inhaled gas from the inlet to the outlet at a consistent speed, courtesy of a synchronous gear belt action. This reverse rotation effectively overcomes the outlet's high-pressure resistance, propelling the gas through a pressure relief valve, elastic joint, exhaust muffler, and one-way valve, thereby achieving efficient gas conveyance.
