Our premium Aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a sophisticated composition of aluminum-zinc alloy, meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, etc. This intricate alloy is solidified at 600ºC, resulting in a robust structure composed of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy that ensures durability and strength.
★ With a metal substrate thickness of 0.25mm, and post-baking paint thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm, our aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs an optimal 2.0 kg/sqm prior to forming, delivering exceptional performance and reliability.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The porosity structure of our polyurethane material is remarkably stable, featuring a predominantly closed-cell structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). Available in thickness options of 14/16/20mm, our panels are crafted with a standard panel width of 415mm, while offering an effective width of approximately 383mm, with actual effective widths ranging between 360-380mm.The narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, and the widest flat panel measures approximately 390mm, demonstrating versatility in design. Panels can be customized to lengths from two meters, with options ranging from 2-6 meters for convenience in transportation and installation.
