Wall sandwich panel with a rigid PU core, assembled to supporting construction in an invisible way (hidden joint). Due to a special profiling on the joining edges, screws and required special washer are hidden by the next panel's nose. Thus, building elevation is free from any visible fastening points. Absolutely unique profiling design of the Dibaier Series are absolutely best looking wall panels available.

1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate

     Aluminum-zinc steel plate is composed of aluminum-zinc alloy structure, which is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, etc. solidified at 600ºC. Its entire structure is composedof aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy.
    ★0.25mm metal substrate, 0.27mm-0.28mm after baking paint. The weight of aluminum-zinc steel plate before forming is 2.0 kg/sqm.

2. Structural characteristics:

    Porosity structure of polyurethane material is stable, basically closed-cell structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%), not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also has good frost resistance and sound absorption.

 3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
 
Thickness 14/16/20mm; Panel width 415mm, Effective width about 383mm (actual effective width 360-380mm,the narrowest Great Wall panel is about 360mm, the widest flat panel is about 390mm); length from two meters can be customized, 2-6 meters for easy transportation.
 

Product Structure

 

It consists of three parts:

(1) The surface material of the metal sandwich panel is a color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate treated with nano-antifouling technology and has self-repairing function,
(2) The middle layer core material of the metal sandwich panel is a hard high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer with special fireproof treatment,
(3) The bottom material of the metal sandwich panel is an aluminum foil anti-corrosion layer.
