Composed of an innovative aluminum-zinc alloy structure, our Aluminum-zinc steel plate features a sophisticated blend of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of silicon, magnesium, and other elements. Solidified at an intense temperature of 600ºC, this composite material boasts an intricate aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc configuration, culminating in a dense, robust quaternary crystal alloy.
★ With a base metal substrate of 0.25mm, enhanced to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint, our aluminum-zinc steel plate is meticulously engineered for peak performance. Before formation, the weight is measured at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring durability and reliability.

Our polyurethane material features a remarkably stable porosity structure, predominantly closed-cell (closed-cell ratio ≥90%).
