1. Surface: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
Our Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate is an exceptional composite made from a unique aluminum-zinc alloy. Crafted from 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of silicon, magnesium, and other precise elements, this blend solidifies at a temperature of 600ºC. The result? A meticulously structured aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc alloy that forms a dense and durable quaternary crystal structure, ensuring both resilience and aesthetic appeal.
★ Our metal substrate starts at a robust 0.25mm, increasing slightly to 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking paint application. Each square meter of the aluminum-zinc steel plate, prior to forming, weighs in at a sturdy 2.0 kg, providing both strength and longevity.
2. Structural Characteristics:
With a stable porosity structure, our polyurethane material boasts a predominantly closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This not only offers superior thermal insulation but also excels in frost resistance and sound absorption, providing a comprehensive solution for modern architectural needs.
3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
Our panels are customizable in thickness options of 14/16/20mm. Each panel has a generous width of 415mm, with an effective functional width ranging from 360-380mm, ensuring versatility for various applications.The narrowest option is the Great Wall panel at approximately 360mm, while our broadest flat panel reaches about 390mm. Length can be tailored from two meters, up to a convenient 6 meters, facilitating effortless transportation and installation.
