1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate features an advanced alloy structure comprising 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements, meticulously solidified at 600ºC. This composition results in a robust and intricate structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy that ensures exceptional durability and strength.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, with dimensions extending to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint application. The pre-formed aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs 2.0 kg/sqm, exemplifying a balance of lightweight form and formidable resilience.

The polyurethane material boasts an impressively stable porosity structure, characterized by a predominantly closed-cell configuration (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). With available thickness options of 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm, our panels offer a panel width of 415mm and an effective width ranging between 360mm to 380mm, depending on design.The narrowest Great Wall panel measures approximately 360mm, while the broadest flat panel reaches up to 390mm. These versatile panels are ideal for diverse architectural needs. Length customization is available from two meters, ranging up to six meters to facilitate easy transportation and installation.
