Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate Features: This advanced material is crafted with a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy structure, meticulously composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a balanced 1.5% of silicon, magnesium, and other essential elements. Solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, the entire structure forms a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy integrating aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc. This composition ensures superior durability and resilience.
★ The metal substrate measures 0.25mm, while post-baking the paint thickness adjusts to 0.27mm-0.28mm. The pre-formed weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate stands at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring it is both lightweight yet sturdily reliable.

The polyurethane material boasts a remarkably stable porosity structure, predominantly maintaining a closed-cell configuration (closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). The narrowest, known as the Great Wall panel, measures about 360mm, while the widest flat panel extends to around 390mm.These panels are customizable in length, starting from a practical two meters up to a versatile six meters, designed for seamless transportation and installation. Customization options are available from 2 to 6 meters to facilitate easy transportation.
