1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Crafted from a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy composition, the aluminum-zinc steel plate showcases a meticulous blend: 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This fusion, solidified under the intense heat of 600ºC, creates an intricate aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc architecture, resulting in a robust quaternary crystal alloy.
★ This product features a 0.25mm metal substrate, which extends to 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking paint treatment, ensuring durability. The aluminum-zinc steel plate's mass, prior to shaping, stands at 2.0 kg/sqm, promising reliability and strength.

The polyurethane material boasts a stable porosity structure, predominantly closed-cell (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%), offering exceptional thermal insulation. Available in thicknesses of 14/16/20mm, the panels have a width of 415mm, with an effective span of approximately 383mm (actual effective width ranging from 360-380mm,featuring the versatile Great Wall panel starting at a compact 360mm, extending to the expansive flat panel at about 390mm); customizable lengths from two meters allow for tailored solutions ranging from 2-6 meters, ensuring easy transportation and installation.
