What is Roots Blower?

Roots blower is a volumetric and rotary blower. The air enters the fan through the intake muffler, and the two impellers inside the casing maintain a certain meshing gap with each other. Through synchronous gear belt action, the inhaled gas is pushed from the inlet to the outlet at a constant speed in reverse rotation, overcoming the resistance of high-pressure gas on the outlet side. It is forced out of the unit through the pressure relief valve, elastic joint, exhaust muffler, and one-way valve, achieving the purpose of conveying gas.

1. Adopting an air-cooled structure, the single-stage pressure belt transmission is 78.4 KPa, the direct transmission is 78.4 KPa, and the vacuum degree is -49 KPa without cooling water.
