1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Our premium aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an advanced alloy structure, precisely composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This formulation is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. The resulting structure is a harmonious blend of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, masterfully forming an incredibly dense quaternary crystal alloy that ensures durability and strength.
★ Featuring a robust 0.25mm metal substrate, these panels achieve a thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint. Prior to forming, our aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a substantial weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, indicative of its superior quality and resilience.

The polyurethane material is designed with a stable, primarily closed-cell porosity structure (with a closed-cell ratio ≥90%), ensuring outstanding thermal insulation.
