Crafted with an advanced Aluminum-Zinc alloy, this steel plate boasts a composition of 55% aluminum,
43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium, expertly solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. Each
component unites to form an intricate aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc matrix, resulting in a robust quaternary crystal alloy.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, and achieving a thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint,
the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs approximately 2.0kg/sqm before forming.
