The aluminum-zinc steel plate features an advanced alloy structure composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This remarkable alloy is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, resulting in a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate, the thickness increases to 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. The aluminum-zinc steel plate's weight before forming stands at 2.0 kg/sqm, offering a sturdy and resilient solution for various applications.
