1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate is a high-performance marvel, featuring an advanced aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This robust composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon with traces of magnesium, expertly solidified at a soaring temperature of 600ºC. The end result is a dense quaternary crystal alloy, intricately woven with aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc.
★ The metal substrate measures a precise 0.25mm and expands to 0.27mm-0.28mm following the baking paint process. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a weight of 2.0 kg per square meter, offering durability and strength.

The polyurethane material's porosity structure is a marvel of stability, predominantly featuring a closed-cell structure (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). This design not only enhances thermal insulation performance but also provides superb frost resistance and superior sound absorption.

The panel lengths start from two meters, with customizable options ranging from 2 to 6 meters, ensuring seamless transportation and installation for diverse project requirements.
