1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Crafted from an innovative aluminum-zinc alloy, this steel plate boasts a robust composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. Forged at a high temperature of 600ºC, its intricate structure blends aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc into a densely packed quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring unmatched durability and resilience.
★ The metal substrate, initially at 0.25mm, achieves a refined thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate's weight stands at a solid 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring stability and strength.

The polyurethane material features a stable porosity structure with an impressive closed-cell ratio of ≥90%. This not only guarantees exceptional thermal insulation but also provides remarkable frost resistance and sound absorption capabilities, creating a tranquil and energy-efficient environment.
