1. Premium Surface: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate

Our exquisite Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate features a sophisticated alloy composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, etc. This composition is meticulously solidified at a temperature of 600ºC. The resultant structure is a robust aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc matrix, forming an intricate and dense quaternary crystal alloy.
★ The metal substrate has a precise thickness of 0.25mm, expanding to 0.27mm-0.28mm after the application of baking paint. Before forming, the weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate stands at an impressive 2.0 kg/sqm.

The advanced porosity structure of our polyurethane material boasts extraordinary stability, featuring a predominantly closed-cell configuration (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%).
