Crafted from a cutting-edge alloy, our Aluminum-Zinc steel plate boasts a robust composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and a touch of 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This advanced structure is solidified at an impressive 600ºC, resulting in a durable and dense quaternary crystal alloy comprising aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc.
★ The metal substrate starts at 0.25mm, expanding to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint. Each aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs in at 2.0 kg per square meter before forming, ensuring strength and reliability.

The porosity of our polyurethane material offers a stable, predominantly closed-cell structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This not only provides exceptional thermal insulation but also enhances frost resistance and sound absorption qualities.

Lengths are customizable, ranging between 2 to 6 meters for optimal transportation convenience.
