1. Surface Composition: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
Our superior Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate boasts an advanced alloy configuration composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon with magnesium among other elements. This composition is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. The resulting structure features a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, ensuring durability and resilience.
★ With a metal substrate of 0.25mm, enhanced to 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking paint, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs a sturdy 2.0 kg/sqm prior to forming, promising excellent performance and longevity.
2. Structural Characteristics:
Featuring a stable porosity structure, our polyurethane material ensures a predominantly closed-cell design (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This not only provides exceptional thermal insulation but also delivers remarkable frost resistance and sound absorption efficiency.

Panel Thickness Options: 14/16/20mm; Standard Panel Width: 415mm, with an Effective Width spanning approximately 383mm (actual effective width varies between 360-380mm,offering versatility with the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring about 360mm, and the widest flat panel extending up to 390mm); standard lengths start from two meters and can be customized to facilitate easy transportation, with options ranging from 2-6 meters.
