1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Our premium Aluminum-zinc steel plate is crafted with a robust aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This exquisite composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon with magnesium, expertly solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. This entire configuration is meticulously crafted, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy comprised of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc.
★ Our metal substrate boasts a 0.25mm thickness, transitioning to a sleek 0.27mm-0.28mm after baking paint. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate holds an impressive weight of 2.0 kg/sqm.
2. Structural characteristics:
The polyurethane material is designed with a remarkably stable porosity structure, predominantly a closed-cell format (boasting a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). This not only ensures superior thermal insulation but also provides excellent frost resistance and effective sound absorption.
3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Our panels are available in various thicknesses including 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm. They feature a panel width of 415mm and an effective width of approximately 383mm (with the actual effective width ranging from 360mm to 380mm,offering versatility with the narrowest Great Wall panel around 360mm and the widest flat panel up to 390mm). Lengths can be customized starting from two meters, facilitating easy transport with options ranging from 2 to 6 meters.
