This aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a robust composition featuring an advanced aluminum-zinc alloy structure. With an impressive mix of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements, it solidifies at a remarkable 600ºC. The entire structure is an artful blend of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, culminating in a dense and durable quaternary crystal alloy.
★ The metal substrate stands strong at 0.25mm, which evolves to 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. Notably, the aluminum-zinc steel plate, prior to forming, carries a weight of 2.0 kg/sqm.
