The aluminum-zinc steel plate features a robust composition of aluminum-zinc alloy, meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon along with magnesium, solidified at an impressive 600ºC. This unique formulation creates a dense quaternary crystal alloy structure made up of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate, these panels achieve a thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking paint, and an initial weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring durability before forming.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material boasts a stable porosity structure with a predominantly closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%), offering not only superior thermal insulation but also exceptional frost resistance and sound absorption properties.

Available in thickness options of 14/16/20mm, these panels have a panel width of 415mm and an effective width of approximately 383mm (based on actual measurements of 360-380mm,where the narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, and the widest flat panel reaches about 390mm). The length of these panels is customizable, ranging from 2-6 meters, facilitating effortless transportation to suit your specific requirements.
