1. Surface Composition: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an exquisite blend of aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This robust composition features 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium, all meticulously solidified at a remarkable temperature of 600ºC. The resulting structure is a dense, quaternary crystal alloy, elegantly combining aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc.
★ The metal substrate measures at a precise 0.25mm, expanding to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint process. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate impressively weighs 2.0 kg/sqm.
2. Intricate Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material's porosity structure is exceptionally stable, primarily featuring a closed-cell structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This design not only provides outstanding thermal insulation capabilities but also offers superior frost resistance and sound absorption.
3.Specifications of the Metal Carved Panels:
Available thickness options include 14/16/20mm with a panel width of 415mm. The effective width is approximately 383mm, offering a practical range of 360-380mm.The narrowest Great Wall panel spans about 360mm, while the widest flat panel reaches approximately 390mm. Lengths are customizable from two meters, with options ranging from 2-6 meters to ensure easy transportation.
