Our top-tier aluminum-zinc steel plate showcases an exquisite composition of aluminum-zinc alloy, meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and an infusion of 1.5% silicon and magnesium. Solidified under the precise conditions of 600ºC, this robust structure integrates aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc into a compact quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance.
★ The metal substrate, at a sleek thickness of 0.25mm, transforms to an alluring 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a substantial weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, offering solid reliability.
2. Structural characteristics:
The polyurethane material's porosity structure is remarkably stable, featuring a predominantly closed-cell structure (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). Our panels are available in a variety of thickness options: 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm. With a panel width of 415mm, the effective width ranges beautifully from approximately 360mm to 380mm, accommodating diverse design needs.Whether you prefer the narrow elegance of the Great Wall panel at about 360mm or the expansive flat panel at roughly 390mm, you're bound to find the perfect fit. Additionally, lengths starting from two meters can be tailored to your specifications, with 2-6 meters available for convenient transportation, ensuring flexibility and ease in logistics.
