1. Surface: Premium Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
Experience the superior composition of our aluminum-zinc steel plate, crafted with an advanced aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This remarkable composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and an infusion of 1.5% silicon and magnesium, expertly solidified at a scorching 600ºC. The entire structure becomes a robust combination of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, resulting in a densely packed quaternary crystal alloy, setting a new standard in durability and resilience.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate and a thickness of 0.27mm to 0.28mm after baking paint, our aluminum-zinc steel plate is engineered to perfection. Before forming, this superior plate weighs in at a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm, promising unparalleled strength and performance.

Our panels come in a versatile range of thicknesses: 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm. The panel width is 415mm, with an effective width of approximately 383mm, offering flexibility and precision (actual effective width ranges from 360-380mm).Choose from our selection that includes the narrowest Great Wall panel at approximately 360mm to the widest flat panel at around 390mm, ensuring a perfect fit for any project. Lengths are customizable, ranging from 2 meters up to 6 meters for convenient transportation, accommodating a myriad of design needs with ease.
Product Structure
It consists of three parts:
(1) The surface material is a color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate treated with nano-antifouling technology and has self-repairing function,
(2) The middle layer core material is a hard high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer with special fireproof treatment,
(3) The bottom material is an aluminum foil anti-corrosion layer.
