1. Surface Composition: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a remarkable alloy structure, intricately designed with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of silicon and magnesium. This composition is solidified at an impressive 600ºC, culminating in a dense quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, offering both durability and advanced protection.
★ The metal substrate starts at 0.25mm, reaching a refined thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. Before the forming stage, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs approximately 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring a robust and reliable base.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material's porosity structure is notably stable, characterized by a predominantly closed-cell structure (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This configuration provides exceptional thermal insulation, alongside superior frost resistance and sound absorption capabilities.

Thickness options available at 14/16/20mm; Panel width is a generous 415mm, with an effective width approximately 383mm (actual range between 360-380mm,the narrowest Great Wall panel measures around 360mm, while the widest flat panel extends to about 390mm); lengths starting from two meters can be customized, ranging from 2 to 6 meters, facilitating easy and convenient transportation.
