1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate of our Durable Metal Panel Carved Sandwich Wall is crafted with a high-quality aluminum-zinc alloy composition. This superb material blend features 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. Through a meticulous solidification process at 600ºC, the plate achieves a robust structure, consisting of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc. This creates a dense and durable quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring long-lasting performance and resilience.
★ The metal substrate boasts a thickness of 0.25mm, increasing to 0.27mm-0.28mm after a sophisticated baking paint process. The pre-formed aluminum-zinc steel plate has a substantial weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, offering enhanced durability and strength.
2. Structural characteristics:
The sandwich wall is designed with a stable porosity structure using premium polyurethane material. This expertly engineered construction features a predominantly closed-cell structure with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%. It delivers exceptional thermal insulation, superior frost resistance, and effective sound absorption, making it a top choice for exterior decoration.
3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Our panels are available in thickness options of 14/16/20mm. They maintain a consistent panel width of 415mm, with an effective width ranging approximately 383mm. The actual effective width varies between 360mm and 380mm,with the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring around 360mm and the widest flat panel reaching up to 390mm. We offer customization for lengths starting from two meters, with options extending to 2-6 meters to ensure ease of transportation and convenient installation.
Product Structure
This ingeniously designed product consists of three meticulously crafted layers:
(1) The top layer boasts a color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate, enhanced with advanced nano-antifouling technology, offering self-repairing capabilities for enduring brilliance and resilience.
