1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an intricate aluminum-zinc alloy structure, featuring a composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, along with magnesium. This remarkable alloy is solidified at a temperature of 600ºC. Its entire structure is ingeniously designed with aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, meticulously forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy that ensures impressive strength and durability.
★ The metal substrate begins at 0.25mm, achieving a range of 0.27mm to 0.28mm post baking paint process. Before forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate exhibits a weight of 2.0 kg per square meter, ensuring a robust and reliable foundation for your design needs.

The porosity structure of the polyurethane material is both stable and efficient, boasting a predominantly closed-cell structure with a closed-cell ratio of at least 90%. The panels are available in thicknesses of 14mm, 16mm, and 20mm.
