Experience the unmatched durability of our aluminum-zinc steel plate, crafted from an exquisite aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This superior composition includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of a unique blend of silicon, magnesium, solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. Its intricate structure comprises a mesmerizing blend of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, resulting in a dense quaternary crystal alloy that ensures long-lasting protection.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate, the panel reaches a slim 0.27mm-0.28mm after a sophisticated baking paint process, ensuring exceptional endurance. The aluminum-zinc steel plate, prior to its molding, boasts a lightweight of just 2.0 kg/sqm, yet offers substantial strength.

These panels are available in versatile thicknesses of 14/16/20mm, with a standard panel width of 415mm. The panel lengths can be tailored, starting at two meters and extending up to 6 meters for effortless transportation and seamless customization to suit your architectural needs.
