1. Surface Composition: An exquisite aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
This sophisticated aluminum-zinc steel plate is crafted from a robust aluminum-zinc alloy structure, meticulously composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements, solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC. Its intricate structure is a harmonious blend of aluminum, iron, silicon, and zinc, forming a dense quaternary crystal alloy that promises unparalleled durability and strength.
★ The metal substrate boasts a thickness of 0.25mm, which becomes 0.27mm-0.28mm after the precision of baking paint is applied. The weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate prior to forming stands at approximately 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring a perfect balance of strength and manageability.
2. Structural Characteristics:
The polyurethane material features a remarkably stable porosity structure, characterized by a predominantly closed-cell structure (with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%). 3.Specifications of Metal Carved Panels:
Thickness options of 14/16/20mm are available, with panel width set at 415mm. The effective width is approximately 383mm, though it actually ranges between 360-380mm,with the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring about 360mm, and the widest flat panel reaching up to 390mm. The length can vary from two meters and is customizable up to 2-6 meters to ensure convenient transportation and adaptability to various project needs.

It consists of three parts:
(1) The surface material is a color-coated aluminum-zinc-magnesium steel plate treated with cutting-edge nano-antifouling technology, offering a remarkable self-repairing function,
