1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate showcases an innovative blend of materials, boasting an aluminum-zinc alloy structure expertly crafted from 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, along with magnesium. Solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, this composition results in a robust aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc amalgamation, culminating in a dense quaternary crystal alloy that promises durability and resilience.
★ With a 0.25mm metal substrate that becomes 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs in at 2.0 kg/sqm before forming, ensuring a lightweight yet strong material choice.

The polyurethane material features a stable porosity structure, predominantly a closed-cell configuration (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This not only delivers outstanding thermal insulation but also imparts excellent frost resistance and superior sound absorption capabilities.

Thickness options include 14/16/20mm, with a panel width of 415mm. The effective width measures approximately 383mm, with an actual range of 360-380mm,ranging from the narrowest Great Wall panel at about 360mm, up to the widest flat panel at around 390mm. The length is customizable, spanning from two meters and adjustable from 2-6 meters to ensure convenient transportation.
