Our aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts an intricate composition, featuring a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This alloy masterfully blends 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, with added magnesium, all solidified at a remarkable 600ºC. Its robust structure, comprising aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, results in a dense quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability.
★ The 0.25mm metal substrate reaches an impressive 0.27mm-0.28mm post baking paint. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate possesses a weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, demonstrating a perfect balance of strength and lightness.
