1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
The aluminum-zinc steel plate consists of a sophisticated aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This comprises 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% of silicon and magnesium, all solidified at an impressive 600ºC. This entire structure forms a dense quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, offering remarkable durability and performance.
★ The metal substrate is 0.25mm thick, increasing to 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. The weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate before forming stands at 2.0 kg per square meter.

The porosity structure of the polyurethane material remains stable with a primarily closed-cell formation (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). This structure not only delivers outstanding thermal insulation but also provides exceptional frost resistance and sound absorption attributes.
3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Available thicknesses are 14/16/20mm, with a panel width of 415mm and an effective width of approximately 383mm (actual effective width ranges between 360-380mm).The narrowest option, the Great Wall panel, offers a width around 360mm, while the widest flat panel spans about 390mm. These panels can be tailored in lengths from two meters, ensuring easy transportation with lengths customizable between 2-6 meters to suit your specific needs.
