Crafted with a meticulous composition, the Aluminum-Zinc steel plate boasts an innovative alloy structure made up of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon and magnesium. This remarkable blend is solidified at a temperature of 600ºC, resulting in an intricate structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc. The outcome is a dense, quaternary crystal alloy that ensures robustness and durability.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, these panels achieve a thickness of 0.27mm-0.28mm after the application of baking paint. Prior to forming, the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs a substantial 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring strength and resilience.

The polyurethane material exhibits a stable porosity structure, predominantly a closed-cell design with a closed-cell ratio of ≥90%.
