Crafted with an intricate aluminum-zinc alloy, this steel plate boasts a remarkable composition of 55%
aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, among others, meticulously solidified at 600ºC. Its
sophisticated structure, consisting of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, forms a compact and robust quaternary crystal alloy.
★0.25mm metal substrate transforms into a robust 0.27mm-0.28mm after the baking paint process. Pre-forming
weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate stands at an impressive 2.0kg/sqm.
