Crafted with precision, our aluminum-zinc steel plate boasts a robust alloy structure, comprising 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other elements. Solidified at a remarkable 600ºC, this structure forms a dense and resilient quaternary crystal alloy of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, enhanced to 0.27mm-0.28mm after baking paint application. This transformation provides our aluminum-zinc steel plate with a pre-forming weight of 2.0 kg/sqm, promising both lightweight handling and strength.
