1. Surface Composition: Aluminum-Zinc (Magnesium) Steel Plate
Our aluminum-zinc steel plate is meticulously crafted with an aluminum-zinc alloy structure, boasting a precise composition of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, along with magnesium. This intricate alloy is solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, forming an exceptional structure composed of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, resulting in a compact quaternary crystal alloy that ensures durability and strength.
★ With a robust 0.25mm metal substrate, the thickness increases to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint application. Prior to forming, the weight of the aluminum-zinc steel plate is approximately 2.0 kg/sqm, showcasing its lightweight yet sturdy nature.

The effective width is typically around 383mm, ranging from 360mm to 380mm, with the narrowest Great Wall panel measuring approximately 360mm and the widest flat panel around 390mm.Panels are available in customizable lengths starting from two meters, with options extending up to 2-6 meters to facilitate easy transportation and installation. Customization for lengths between 2 to 6 meters ensures seamless transportation and adaptable application, catering to diverse project needs.
