The aluminum-zinc steel plate is a masterpiece of metallurgical science, boasting an aluminum-zinc alloy structure that includes 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, along with magnesium and other elements. This composition is expertly solidified at a precise 600ºC, creating a robust matrix of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc. This complex structure forms a dense, quaternary crystal alloy known for its exceptional strength and resilience.
★The metal substrate begins at 0.25mm, reaching 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint application. Prior to forming, each square meter of the aluminum-zinc steel plate weighs approximately 2.0 kg, ensuring durability and quality.
