Experience the superior quality of our aluminum-zinc steel plate, boasting a premium composition of an aluminum-zinc alloy structure. This impressive material features 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and others, expertly solidified at 600ºC. Its entire structure is a harmonious blend of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, which forms a robust and dense quaternary crystal alloy, ensuring both strength and durability.
★ Featuring a 0.25mm metal substrate, this advanced product achieves 0.27mm-0.28mm after undergoing a meticulous baking paint process. The aluminum-zinc steel plate's weight before forming is a lightweight 2.0 kg/sqm, offering both strength and manageability.
