1. Surface aluminum-zinc (magnesium) steel plate
Our premium Aluminum-Zinc Steel Plate boasts a sophisticated composition of aluminum-zinc alloy, meticulously crafted with 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, magnesium, and other components. This unique blend, solidified at a high temperature of 600ºC, creates a robust structure of aluminum-iron-silicon-zinc, delivering a densely packed quaternary crystal alloy for unmatched durability.
★ The metal substrate starts at a minimal 0.25mm, expanding to 0.27mm-0.28mm post-baking paint process. Each aluminum-zinc steel plate, prior to forming, weighs approximately 2.0 kg/sqm, ensuring uncompromised strength and resilience.

The polyurethane material showcases a highly stable porosity structure, predominantly featuring a closed-cell configuration (closed-cell ratio ≥90%). 3.Specifications of metal carved panels:
Our panels are available in versatile thickness options of 14/16/20mm. With a panel width of 415mm, the effective width varies between 360-380mm. This range includes the narrowest Great Wall panel at approximately 360mm and the broadest flat panel at around 390mm.The panel length is customizable, ranging from two meters, and can be tailored up to 6 meters, facilitating convenient transportation and installation.
